For the Protection of Personal Data

Within Hudson Morgan Williams Solicitors (HMW) and under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) on the Protection of Personal Data, I hereby consent, accept, declare and undertake the following:

1. The processing of my visual and audio recordings (photographs and videos); sharing these on HMW’s website, social media, printed publications such as magazines and newspapers, and broadcasting them on television channels and online platforms; transferring them to HMW’s business partners and relevant institutions/organizations.
2. The transfer of my identity information/documents to agencies.
3. The transfer of collected cookies abroad.
