Hudson Morgan Williams were instructed two weeks prior to trial date and successfully defended a prominent Turkish fruit juice supplier at trial against a claim involving contaminated fruit juice. The claim was successfully defended and no substantive damages were awarded to the claimant (including for loss of profits), despite misrepresentation and breach of contract having been established.
